Premio alla Ricerca 2021 - Research Prize 2021

Il Dipartimento di Scienze Statistiche dell'Università degli Studi di Padova, istituisce due premi alla ricerca, uno riservato a ricercatori strutturati e uno riservato a ricercatori non strutturati (dottorandi, borsisti e assegnisti).
Ogni candidato potrà partecipare alla selezione presentando un solo lavoro, anche in collaborazione, pubblicato o accettato in forma definitiva su rivista o capitolo di libro a diffusione internazionale.
Il candidato deve essere stato afferente al Dipartimento per almeno 6 mesi nel periodo gennaio 2021 - dicembre 2021 o aver svolto la propria attività di ricerca presso il Dipartimento per almeno 6 mesi nello stesso periodo.
I candidati non potranno presentare un lavoro sottomesso in una precedente edizione del concorso.
Ciascun premio ammonterà ad € 2.000,00 ed è contemplata l'assegnazione ex aequo.

The Department of Statistical Sciences of the University of Padua announces two research prizes, one reserved for tenured/untenured researchers (i.e., assistant professor level, or equivalent in the case of a relationship to foreign institutions) and a second reserved for PhD students, fellows and post-docs.
Applicants may participate in the competition by submitting a single paper, or even a joint work, published or accepted for publication in a journal, or as a book chapter, with international diffusion.
The applicant must have spent at the Department at least six months in the period from January to December 2021 as a fixed-term researcher, post-doc researcher, fellowship holder or PhD student.
Applicants cannot submit a paper submitted in previous editions of the competition.
Each prize will amount to € 2,000.00 gross and might also be assigned ex aequo.
