  • spatial and spatiotemporal model for the environment;

  • hierarchical statistical modeling;

  • analysis of global and regional climate model outputs;

  • statistical computing;

  • computational strategies to solve the calculation problems related to size of the large datasets;

Research topic for PhD Thesis: Bayesian hierarchical models to re-calibrate forecasts and improve prediction of Tropical Atlantic Variability.
